    • Stock unavailability

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders are processed through Cash on Delivery.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided delivery address.

  • Refusal of confirmed orders without valid reason may result in restriction from future purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 working days (depending on location).

  • Roxes is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery (if allowed by courier).

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Items must be unused and returned within the specified timeframe.

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Roxes.

  • Graphics

is the property of Roxes and may not be copied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roxes shall not be held liable for:
