1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping all over Pakistan.

Delivery is available in:

  • Major cities

  • Small cities

  • Selected rural areas (subject to courier service availability)


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • You may receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–5 working days for major cities

  • 4–7 working days for other areas

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Remote location issues

Roxes is not responsible for unexpected courier delays once the order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or defective product was delivered.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

  • Customers are advised to keep the exact amount ready to avoid inconvenience.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • You can track your parcel through the courier service.


7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address

  • Active phone number

Roxes is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Open Parcels

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Record a video while opening the parcel.

  • Contact us immediately with clear pictures and order details.

Claims without proper proof may not be processed.
