Roxes – Watches & Glasses

At Roxes, we strive to provide high-quality watches and glasses to our valued customers across Pakistan. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or broken

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Items must be returned with:

  • Original box and packaging

  • Tags (if applicable)

  • Invoice or proof of purchase

Roxes reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn watches/glasses

  • Items damaged due to mishandling

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Change of mind after order confirmation


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures of the product

    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Do not ship the item back without confirmation from our support team.


4. Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery Orders)

Since Roxes operates on Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


7. Important Notes

  • Please record a short video while opening your parcel. This helps us process claims for damaged or missing items.

  • Roxes reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
